Default Chest protector for a wee Brit

My Brittany is not going to be a big girl. She's about 25 lbs and 7 .5 months so I guess she will make 30 or so pounds. Anyone have experience with a chest protector for a wee dog? High visibility would be good, she's hard to see in the snowy woods.

I have a small female Toller 29lbs. The best fitting I could find was Cabela's. Others would not stay in place so her leg would slip thru collar opening.

I like an orange fleece sweater. They don't chafe.

I use a chest protector called Skid Plate made by Mendota. I think the small would work for a 25lb dog.

is there anywhere in Ontario that has the Mendota gear? There don't seem to be many places selling gear for hunting dogs besides the big chains.

Go directly to the Mendota website U.S.A, MN. I buy the majority of my hunting equipment in Canada but fortunate to be next door to Port Huron Michigan. I get excellent service on both sides of the border and have built a relationship with Gators Outdoor in the Sarnia area. Unfortunately he does not have dog gear and typically I will go over the border to Cabela's , Gander Mountain or Ruff Wear. Customer service is key in my opinion and cost is secondary. I try and support a small handful of businesses both locally an abroad. Heck one of my collar and harness suppliers is out of Ottawa Ontario and have been a supporter for at least 25 years. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years out of my own pocket and given him many leads for new business. If anyone is interested in dog equipment Komatik Outfitters is the name of the business. Komatik actually manufacturse a good portion of his own product in Ontario using local people to sew collars, harnesses, build and assemble gangline's, sleds, kick sleds, leashes etc.
