Leather/Furniture Seamstress

Hey all thought I would post this here.

I was looking to get myself a new fur hat this year. Trapper/aviator style.
Most of what I found in reasonable price was rabbit. But not the most durable or warmest from my understanding.

I was talking about this with my 91 year old grandmother on Christmas eve and she informed me that she has a sheared beaver fur coat that according to her was cleaned and is in good condition, etc...
I have no idea how old it is. But considering what beaver hats of the style I'm looking for are selling at I thought about looking for a Seamstress who might be able to custom make me a hat from my grandmother's fur coat.
If anyone has any contacts or suggestions on who to get in contact with I'm all ears and it would be greatly appreciated.

She apparently has a squirrel (red) and racoon coat as well to which I've been offered them all if I can do something with them.
