Man... you had me worried there (nothing close to what you went through) but I'm really glad to hear how it turned out. I was scared away from ever starting to smoke by a father who could do ANYTHING he put his mind to but struggled with quitting smoking. I remember a comic saying "Quitting smoking is the easiest thing in the world to do..... I've done it hundreds of times!"
Anyways, glad your wife is doing well, they've got this nasty habit of growing on you.

That's scary stuff RB. Glad to hear she is doing better. I've read some strange reports on heart attacks in women. From what I remember reading they're not always as obvious as they are in men.
Keep up the good work on ditching the smokes for good!

Back in the eighties I spent a week in intensive care at Whitby after a heart attack. Took six months for the bypass at St Mikes. They told me that if I quit smoking and was really lucky I might see 2000. Quit smoking AGAIN in 2011 using Champex....

Great News everyone wife was at the heart specialist today and he said all is good she goes back to work monday with modified work hours and duty's
