Default Choke work on a 410

    Hi there,

I'm looking for a gunsmith that can change my fixed full choke to removable rem chokes. Any suggestions?

    thank you,

Call Casey at Tactical Ordinance. He just outside Newmarket. Does great work, and fair priced.
"Camo" is perfectly acceptable as a favorite colour.

Whatever choke tubes you want to use make sure you get a full before you do it, I have a Remington 870 in 16ga with removable chokes, those choke tubes are like hens teeth now, the aftermarket ones are available in the US though.

Excellent point. I didn't see the OP wanted "Rem Chokes"

OP, unless there's a really compelling reason, why not go with a choke tube like Tru-lock? Once your gun is bored, and threaded, it's not going to affect the value of the gun at all. Plus depending on the amount of wall thickness, you may have to go to a "thin wall" choke anyhow.
