It will do the same type thing generally, even with the same bullet if you were to vary powder weight(thus velocity).
I see it when load developing as powder weight moves from low to high, low left to high right, of the original point of aim.
As previously mentioned it has to do with harmonics, bullet optimum barrel timing.
