North bay sale
Prices look good unless you understand there high and lows on fur.Beaver not much better.

Thanks I am just trying to decide whether to take some beaver in for tanning or to place them in the sale to just get rid of them.

I would tan and sell them if there not ex lg and up and fully prime.

Thanks I have one really large XXL with a bite mark on the rump so I will definitely not get too much for that one in the sale. I will likely drop it off over at the auction house to tan that one.

Where do you send your furs to be tanned? Also, how much on average does it cost for tanning?

I send them to Trans Canada Trap supply in North Bay. The cost depends on the species and size. I did a beaver last year and I think it was about 60 bucks. They only deal with fur bearing species no deer and moose hides bear yes. The hides have to be stretched and dried.
