i agree. This pup has had an amazing training start on wild birds. The markings on her cousin are near identical to her.
I’m suspicious of people who don't like dogs, but I trust a dog who doesn't like a person.

Gives me special happiness for you as Ugo and I bred Spencer's first setter, that started his breeding programme. He took that first setter ( 2002?) and has made a wonderful pro training /breeding programme from her. Hats off to Spence.
LOve to see pics of your new dog. Is the tail set the same?

I'll make a point of carrying a camera next time. It's interesting normally has a bit of a curve in it but it sure straitens out on point.

That's great news Terry.
You are correct about having a pro help start your dog. The most important thing in a bird dogs life is their puppy development. Everything about the bird dog they will turn into starts there. Natural ability will never be what it can without a proper puppy development.

Just saw your pic in the UPLAND thread. Very similar to my dog except for that big black patch on the neck. Beauty.
