    You can bait them with live animals as well. Such as a chicken tied to a tree

    You are supposed to put your pets on a leash, what is the problem?

    Ha ha ha

    Some guys actually use dogs to bait coyotes, the dogs run out and lure in the coyotes.

    It works as I've done it myself....farmers husky followed me out. Coyote seen the dog and came in on a string.

    Using trained dogs in Colorado on Wild TV to bring in yotes on Foxpro show . Luck
    I save/freeze guts etc from my kills & my meat chickens & put out . This on private property in SW Ont .

    Already called them. No problems. Told them the hypothetical situation and it is considered livestock. It would be a different story if it were a dog or cat.

    Another trick is to make a baitcicle. Tie it to your waist and drag it behind you when walking in the bush.

    I do a crow hunt using callers and pile up the bodies come back the next morning and hunt over them.
