Sot fishing kayak experiences.

hey everyone

I am gearing up to buy a SOT fishing yak . if anyone have and tips/ experiences from when you started that would be great. what brands models are you guys using ? also what are you guys running for sonar on your yaks. I was looking at a winner leisure if anyone has one, any info would be helpful thanks.

I own a Jackson Cuda 14.
I bought it second hand and I really like it.
I would highly recommend getting a suspended seat with its own frame. They are by far the most comfortable. Any molded in seat with padding will be uncomfortable when putting in extended time on the water.
I have a lowrance unit mounted on my Jackson. Mounted it through the scupper hole below my seat. This protects the transducer.
