Hi, can you give us some details about your boat. I am not familiar with the Marquis line. What engine does it have and what are the issues? What parts do you require? Where are you located? What are you planning on doing with the boat, fishing, cruising, water skiing, all of these? There are lots of guys on the forum that will be pleased to assist if we know what you are looking for.

1988 Marquis 170 Riviera Mercruiser 470 inboard motor looking for engine cover do not have one. I'm making a fishing boat out of It. Want to down riggers of back and to pole holders of sides but need engine cover first

Some of these classics are great multipurpose boats. When you didn't have to take out a mortgage to get them you are less afraid to customize to YOUR needs. I have a little "Boston Whaler" type that came to me as a bare hull. It is only about ten feet long, but I can stand anyplace on the gunnel without taking on water. It is as stable as a floating dock.

Check out your local marina, you might have a hard time finding factory OEM parts but aftermarket would be your best bet. Work with your local Marina parts department to find the right parts that will work. Bring your boat with you if you can that can help a ton.
