Bizarre
I went out this afternoon about 30 min before sunset and set up for a quick crow hunt. I setup a dozen decoys and had the caller alternating between a crow fight and a dying crow. I had lots of crows come in and managed to connect on 4 of them with the 20ga. The really bizarre part was that in the 40 minutes that I was setup I had 4 different pairs of Canada Geese come in low, slow and close and check out my spread. If I had been hunting geese it would have been easy to bag several of them. Anybody ever had geese come to crow calls?

The wilderness is not a stadium where I satisfy my ambition to achieve, it is the cathedral where I worship.

I would wager the the dekes had plenty to do with it, maybe the calling just got them curious.
Cheers

Not to crow calls but had some come in to my dying rabbit/distress calls over the years.... Weird for sure but I am guessing they are curious or just don't hear sound clearly
Nice job on the crows
