Leave batteries in series, connect charger
In this order,with charger off 110V
1
Connect positive lead to Bat1
Connect negative to Bat 1
2
repeat for Bat 2
3
repeat for Bat 3
You are good to go

Where would a good place be that might have the ultera 80 60" in stock? I'm getting concerned as fishing is starting and I still don't have one on the boat.

Thanks guys, I went back to marina where I bought it on Thursday and they guaranteed it would be in in 3 days. Got call today before lunch it was in and installed. Now to try it out, Friday.

I'm going to bring this post back to see how Seabast likes his new then motor. I couldn't be happier with mine, the spot lok and auto guide are my favourite features, what about yours?
