War Coming ?
I would say that things don't look too good - there are problems all over the globe that can only be solved by some kind of military action - I think that the North Korea situation is the worst - if we allow North Korea the capability to deliver nuclear weapons we are no longer safe - the leader of that country not only has a funny hair cut but is somewhat of a mad man - we can't allow him to have this capability - the trouble is that he has a very large conventional army that would be hard to stop if some action is taken against him and he decides to invade South Korea - we would be right back in the 50s again trying to save South Korea
That whole mess over there should have been resolved during the Korean War - we should have taken over North Korea at the time and established one democratic country and if necessary threaten to use nuclear weapons against China if they didn't pull back and stop from supporting the North Koreans - and if they didn't take the threat seriously then we should have used the nukes if we couldn't contain them with conventional fire power - this is what the General wanted to do - if you have a cancer and you don't wipe it out when you have the chance it will come back some day to haunt you - and that is what is happening today
Lets face it - with all these countries getting nuclear weapons and the capability to launch them great distances it is only going to be a matter of time when a nuclear war is going to happen - if some leader of a country with nukes is going down then he will take a lot of people with him - while you have time - make your peace with God

I think you can use this exact same quote when speaking of the leader of the US.

It seems like any threat on the globe is too close.
Should millions suffer because of a few greedy nuts.
The free world is expensive.

Being in a state of war would make many things he wants to do easier. Removal of illegals. Border security. Removal of sanctuary city/county/state. Strengthing of the US Military.
It is harder in peace time then when at war to make those changed
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

The world is full of lunatics and despots running countries. They all seem eager to order " other people's children" to die in battle. The Chinese won't attack thier biggest customers, too much trade involved. Lunatics like Kim Junfatso are truly scary and should have a crazy price put on thier heads. Offer enough money and his mother would assassinate him I bet.
I’m suspicious of people who don't like dogs, but I trust a dog who doesn't like a person.

I think the bigger issue/threat is Russian backed Syria. Trump has shown Russia he is not afraid and will not be pushed around as Obama was. All this world military wrangling will quickly show Trudeau is in way over his head. He will become Trumps puppet soon.

As a populist President,Barack Obama couldn't be beat. Americans loved him because of his personality, the world fell in love with Michelle, the leftist media loved him because he was a politically correct liberal Democrat and he was "their guy." No matter what,he could do no wrong in their eyes and their editorial content reflects that to this day. Unfortunately, his foreign policy was a disaster, from his (Clinton's) Benghazi Libyan debacle to the Russians backing him down after the first round of Assad's biological/chemical weapon deployment which slaughtered 1400 Syrians, the Russian invasion of The Crimea which went largely unchallenged, the Ukraine border skirmishes leaving the US to appear weak and rudderless.... a prime time for America's enemies to cash in which China has taken full advantage of,economically, militarily and strategically. All the Democrats have done is stand idly by,wringing their hands and dithering about what to do without one shred of concrete action other than pissing and moaning. That's quite typical of leftist Liberal/Democrat governments. When the chips are down, they're nowhere to be found.
Along comes the election and Donald Trump emerging as the clear winner. The left is absolutely apoplectic. Our Liberals, here, are peeing their panties. The main stream media is going insane with "fake news",pure leftist propaganda and outright lies about every perceived misstep by anyone remotely connected to the Trump administration. After the second gas attack last week,Trump finally flexes some muscle and launches a pin-prick strike against a Syrian airbase which has quite clearly, rattled the Russians. He meets with Chairman Xi at Maralargo. What do we hear? Crickets from the Chinese. Without doubt,Trump read the riot act to him, too, and to back it up,US Navy CinCPAC has redirected the USS Carl Vinson battle group to stand off the Korean Penninsula instead of it's intended tour to northern Australia and Malasyia....nuclear carrier and missile cruisers armed with nuclear weapons. Trump is sending diplomatic shockwaves around the world with a very clear message. The BS is over,no more Mr.Nice Guy and by Jesus,it's about freakin' time.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....
