    Default bass pro rocks

I had a first gen 100mph gortex rain suit that was not so waterproof anymore. I called bass pro in the states and they told me to box it up, Ship it back and they would gladly exchange it for a new set no questions asked. Wow that is impressive!!!

My new set arrived within a week.
I hear a lot of BP complaints but in the end they stand behind there goods and you can't beat that!!!

I never had a problem with bass pro just seems there quality of customer service went down the drain like every other store. I guess I'm just used to it lol

Customer service has never been a problem. It is trying to buy off the shelf that's the problem. They are famous for their no merchandise sales events.

X 2, Bass pro stores in the U.S are 100x better than Vaughan. Empty shelves and lack of staff that care are a big problem. I was looking to buy a brand new boat a couple of year's back and waited over an hour for a sales person to talk about pricing, I finally got a hold of one and she told me to check the web site and add 30% for Canadian pricing....lol. I bought my boat from a dealer in Ottawa for $7500.00 cheaper than bass pro for the same boat. Cabelas is so much better, sad to hear bass pro bought them out.

I needed to exchange the bibs from med to large in black. I called the Vaughn store & of course they had none. I went to the Michigan store & they had a ton of inventory...lol

Their return policy on their products is great. Had 3 year old red head boots that started leaking. They were worn out and super dirty and they exchanged without question. Their brand might not be the best in the market but the return policy makes up for it
