Didn't see that coming ! May have to support the Green Party. lol Really never took Sheer very serious and thought of him as the class clown. I guess will have to wait and see if he can deliver and go head to head with the big boy Justin aka, hair gel kid . I miss Rona already.

A very good outcome, not my top choice but one of the best and much better than most of the crowd. Some were nothing more than Lib lite and I would not be surprised to see a few jump to the Lieberals for a candy and a pat on the head from Justlied.

He has the experience in Parliament and we won't see him shoving and elbowing people around and I think is a big improvement over their temp leader.

TheRebel had several good interviews with him but we can expect CBC and their media machine to start attacking.

and one where he is poking the libs in the eye and making a joke of them at the same time :-)

    and a recent post.

Always been a Conservative supporter, but I'm not cheering yet . Their anti abortion position and question marks about homosexual marriage have me waiting to see how policies unfold. The power of the Social Conservatives will be a big factor.

Although the vast majority of Canadians (not just Conservatives,by any stretch) share those views, adequate legislation is already on the books dealing with those issues that make them "done deals" and are highly unlikely to ever be re-visited. The only people trying to make an issue of it (again) are left wingers and the media. The Liberals and NDP have already started their nonsense on CTV and CBC newscasts, this evening. It didn't take long, did it? I'm expecting the msm to go into full-blown attack mode in the coming days and weeks. I hope Scheer and the CPC have a very comprehensive,no-nonsense PR/media policy. Controlling the media "fake news" machine will be vitally important going forward.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

The Canadian Lefties will follow the same Obama/Clinton play book again and attack the PCs. Basically a mirror image PR smear campaign as the one ongoing in the US.

Never did understand the attempt to justify the unfettered killing of an innocent, unborn, baby but it seems so "measurably chic" to defend the obviously guilty Bernardo's of the world from things like a death penalty.

Kill an innocent but protect a proven demon?
