Can anyone ID this old ML?

I am having a heck of a time finding any info on this old muzzleloader. It is in really poor shape, and the emblem is worn out. But I'd like to try and get some history on it anyways.

Based on the photo, it looks it says "PARKES DIAM" or maybe "PARKES DIRM"???

Does this ring a bell with anyone?
