Youth Shoot - EOSC

For those of you that live in the Ottawa area.
The Eastern Ontario Shooting Club is sponsoring a youth shoot this weekend. All are welcome, membership is not required.
Date: 10 June
Start Time: 0900
End Time: When your young shooter is ready to go home ... plan on after lunch...
Cost: FREE to young shooters
Required: Interested young shooters all ages but target is 9-17 yrs old

Format: Each young shooter will shoot minimum of 50 rds .22 Long Rifle ammunition from various rifles and/or pistols
Guidance: Each shooter will be One-on-One with an instructor at the firing line to ensure success and safety
Food: Hot dogs and Hamburgers with soft drinks for shooters. Parents will be pay as you go. Given that the club donates any profit to the local food bank, be assured that costs will be reasonable and you are welcome/encouraged to bring your own food/snacks/drinks
What to expect: There will be an initial safety briefing (short). Shooters will be organized into groups to commence. Shooting is not a timed event so please be patient and expect that you may be a spectator for extended periods. Cheering on the young shooters is encouraged.
