Just got my PAL and first shotgun, looking for a range close to Burlington, Ontario that is shotgun Friendly so I can get my practise in before going out.

I'd like to be able to do both but if there is somewhere close to me that can do either I'm interested.

Try HAHA club just outside Ancaster. I have been a member for several years and they have great facilities such as trap ,skeet, archery ranges, handgun range and 100 yard rifle range. I am not 100% positive if they are accepting new members but worth a shot.

Looks like they arnt taking any new members until Feb 2018 and would also need sponsorship from existing member to get an application even then. Thanks for the advice I'll keep searching

Burlington Rifle and Revolver will let you shoot slugs but not birdshot. There is a club near Cambridge (link below) which has a good sporting clays setup, you could try there?

That's awesome news about Burlington Rifle and Revovler. I'll definitely inquire about a membership and day rates with them.

Check out Silverdale. I've never been myself but looks like a nice spot. They have a very detailed website.

You can get day passes for Silverdale on the weekends for non members. They have a trap range. My brother belongs to HAHA and loves it. He's been bugging me to go, but we haven't got together.
I belong to the range in Bancroft. It's a half hour from the cottage which comes in handy.
A bad day hunting or fishing is better than a good day at work.

+1 for Silverdale. It's worth the drive IMO.
