To put a cap on this thread and answer the op question, call the park office. Often you'll find they're the only ones that actually know the rules regarding their park. You'll likely have to speak with a supervisor. I hunt in at least two other PPs around here and when I called the MNRF I was directed to the parks for details. They hooked me up promptly.

In terms of your fox hunt I think honk it's probable that any hunt you're looking at in a PP is going to be highly specific and highly regulated. Darlington, Presquile and Mcraes come to mind in the south.

I would assume you and FFF are the type of folks that don't walk around accusing people in real life of malicious intent or that they're trying to break the law. I just read through all 14 pages of the linked thread, and the link to Muskoka to-daily is no longer found. Anyone care to elaborate on the outcome of that particular instance? It feels like I just read a book with the last chapter ripped out.

QE2 Wildlands doesn't have a "park office" it's a designated wilderness area under the management of the MNRF.

There is a park ranger for QEW II and his office is at Balsam Lake Provincial Park.
