Moose draw Results????????????????????????

I'm betting at 8:30 the results will be available by phone & online. Silly that many have already received by mail but can't access results for those who haven't yet.

Does anybody know why they end the moose draw application periods in late May, but it takes 2 months to get results out? Many Western US states get draw results released in March/April/May so guys can plan their hunts and book holidays. Surely it doesn't take the computer 2 months to run the draw...

No, it appears that it takes more than 2 months.

Below my results it says "If you were part of a group, your group was not successful."

Does that mean no one in my group pulled a tag, or no one in my group can group hunt on my tag because I didn't pull a tag?

I think he used his head and read page 5 of the hunting regulations that says that all draw results are available at 8:30 am.

Yes, no one in your group was successsfull in the draw but you can still party hunt for a calf if you want or party hunt with another individual/group with an adult tag.

Thanks... The vagueness of it had me wondering. They know I'm part of a group, so why not just say "the group you are a part of was not successful" haha

Well I'll be darned, they changed the time results would become available beginning this year. I guess I owe Kathleen and her cronies a heartfelt appology.
