In the US(since it is recently relevant WRT current civil unrest) everyone one is collectively equal until one's actions brings one in contact with due process and that legal process can remove or affect all or parts of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

That fact that you believe this is true is naive as heck, if you are white and have money you end up with a lower sentence in a conviction, they are not all treated equal, not even close.

For the moral high ground there is only one obvious choice ... and it is the only Federal party that actually had a woman as PM.

That would also be the party that put in accountability for unions and reserves to reduce corruption and make them accountable to their members, that helped families reduce taxes and helped the most needy of refugees.

The obvious choice NOT to choose is the party that:
1) created protection for just one religion.
2) encouraged and allows illegal immigrants to enter indescriminantly
3) who's leader says one minority is better than the rest of Canadians
4) who's lied about debt and spending
5) who's leader admires a communist dictatorship that has historically killed as many as 50,000,000 and sent tanks to run over students killing many.
6) who's leader is a national embarrassment on things like ignored protocol and dragging one MP across the floor of Commons while elbowing a woman who was in the way and has taken about a dozen vacations.
7) Who made Union and reserves able to hide their spending again, dooming those trapped in unions and in reserves to corrupt unaccountable leaders
8) Who's leader used to take money from charities and school boards rather than help them...
9) a party that won't even allow a pro-lifer to run and lied about open nominations.
10) tax increases all over the place and the electricity policies with the leader's attitude to a woman that came crying to him about her bills and he essentially said suck it up and dismissed her.
I can go on and on about foreign contracts, supporters of terror in positions of power and the provincial part of that parties debt and waste, fuzzy sunny ways don't work when faced with realities and moral choices.

Let's see one that helps people even though it is definitely a political animal it atleast makes logical and reasoned choices and one that thinks sunny ways and is ruining the economy and lives of so many ... easy choice, although as any group will be it is not perfect the choice is still the Conservative party.
