Here's one of the reasons for systematic or systemic fallacy of racism WRT police action.....
About 70 percent of all FBI UCR Crime for 2015 was by Whites, which make up about that same percentage of the US.
About 27 percent of all FBI UCR Crime for 2015 was by Blacks, which make up about 12 percent of the US population.
See an issue? Blacks make up 12 percent but commit 27% of the US Crimes. So 2.25 times as much based on their population?
THAT is why resources are focused where they are. That's not racism by default, which seems to be your impression.

Nope, you find crime where you look for it. If you believe that one race of people is more likely to commit crimes, ( solely because of their race), than another race, then you are a racist.

It isn't about belief, it is about data, as in past data. No one was just believing crime was happening, it WAS happening and laws were being enforced. That's why the stats. Blacks committed crime beyond what their population numbers should indicate.
The data doesn't lie and that isn't racist. I try to fish were there is indications of fish, same with deer hunting. Does that make me a fishist or a deerist? Cops are hopefully were the crime is.

Well damn, its still crime being committed by whomever, in this case blacks. I would hope cops would look for crime wherever they go.So you saying if the cops quit looking, the crime rate will go down.
Boy you lefties are something.

No answer, just evasion as usual, I have other things to do and wasting my time debating a rock (no answers just insults...) is a waste of time so I'm done with this thread atleast until later in the week if it hasn't been locked.
But for you I think you will love how John Robson talks about how he tried to educate Liberals on the truth about Canadian Conservatism, yet they would never read anything he suggested even though he read the books they suggested...

Used to hang around with a couple of black guys in high school. Everyone smoked pot but the black guys used to give us white guys their baggie, why, because our pockets were never searched by the cops when they would show up. The black kids pockets were always searched and they were asked many more invasive questions than us. If you look you can find crime across all spectrums...if you look.

Yes... that crime stats can be skewed because of whom is looking for what. Self perpetuating much?
