Fish Stocking

Hi, I am New to this group and I do a lot of fishing around Mac Arthur's Mills area and have been checking Fish online website for recent stocking info and it says very few lakes have been stocked this year. I was wondering if anyone knows why. Has the website just not been updated or has little stocking been done this year. Lakes like Egan that have been stocked every year shows no stocking this year, as well as many others. I have a trailer on some family land in the area and haven't had very good luck at all this whole year. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about the stocking or lack there of.

Not being smart or sarcastic here, but I doubt anyone on this forum has the answer.
You should go to the source , MNRF and ask them as they are the ones involved, my only guess would be budget constraints.

MNRF doesn't update its stocking records until the end of the year. There sometimes is some stocking done in the fall.
