Marc, is the bridge just down the road from your camp passable on a vehicle, or is it strictly for snowmobiles and atv's?

Excalibur, eh? Sounds awesome
If we end up going Turkey hunting with that thing and my bow, the birds won't stand a chance :P
Must be great being out there for deer. That'll be me next year I hope.

NO NO NO NO NO, do not drive on that bridge. You might make it, two vehicles went through the plywood top last year. It is an old hay wagon with beams on top, if you hit the wrong spot your tires will go thru. I took a couple of guys down Sun morning to how unstable and weak parts are on the bridge. If you need to access the other side, go down to Paden and use entrance E7.

I walked over it a few weeks ago and figured it wasn't sturdy enough to hold a vehicle, but just wanted to know forsure...maybe I could make it over if i'm going 100km/h....

I know nothing by any standard or a seasoned hunter. Yet, I'm out as much as possible. I've been in Marlborough Forest and Larose forest over 2 dozen times. The weather has been but I have gotten and eaten a squirrel.
I'm interested in everything. Upland, waterfowl, rabbit, hare, bear, dear, moose. If all goes well I should be going deer hunting in WMU 65 wiht a bud in November. got a place in crown land we've been feeding and getting lots of activity.
The more I can learn the better. I love the sport. To me, 99% of it is getting out in nature, 1% is coming home with food.

To that end, I go out every weekend (mostly-unless wife put foot down) until Dec for all game listed in subject line.
I hunt on crown (public) land and know many spots for hunting all game. I stay Fri-Sun so if you only have time for a morning hunt or a evening hunt, by all means join me.
Thru trial and error and reading I have learned how to spot signs of animals, what to look for and how to move when hunting. As a former soldier, I am very safe and stress safety right off the bat.
I have all the gear needed for all types of hunting and can expose you to it and how I do hunts. I am by no means an "expert" but have learned valuable lessons to pass on.
Ducks/Geese
Deer
Rabbits/grouse/Crow/other small game
Coyote
Wild Edibles mushrooms/herbs/berries
Since I am in location and camp all weekend, I have all that is needed to camp out at night, cook, clean, process game. IF you are to stay over at night, I have two tents to use and you would be welcome share and use my camping gear. Not having this gear, should not take from your experience of wanting to try.
You would need to have your own guns, ammo, licenses, food and water if staying.
All the lands and locations I hunt are accessible by car. I am not a business, just someone who wants to give back. The coffee is always on and I welcome anyone.

Mark, how much notice would you like to book a weekend with you. I'm very interested.
