Cheap float reel wanted

I'm looking to get into float fishing, I've already picked up a basic 13'6 float rod and I'm looking for a basic float reel to get started. I'm surprised reeks are so expensive.

Any suggestions on a good place to pick up a basic reel?
im in collingwood and Toronto.
