Maybe a good kumbaya session is a reasonable solution here. If the posters brother has some time on his hands and finds a way to be alerted to mr trespasser arriving on his property especially the day he wants to harvest that buck, maybe he can download a kumbaya session to an electronic caller with a remote.
If if he can plant it near the salt lick and time it so when the trespasser arrives ready for that harvest, you turn it on as loud as u can and keep it on so every deer around is alerted. He can also wait there for at the caller for the trespasser to come, possibly with the police there or waiting at the trespassers vehicle for him

Like i said. My land is not a dumping grounds. Teach your kids responsibilty and respect for others property. Kinda ironic eh.
