Any other province and the MNR would be there with a tranquilizer gun but in Ontario we let nature take its course......

Havn't been on in a while, but I checked this and I wanted to say that if you tranquilize an animal that is stressed and exhausted to this point you have a high chance of killing it. Also we did not want him to drown in that puddle he was in
