Default where/how can I report someone?

So a dude I bumped into didn't tag his deer. Said he "couldn't figure out how to put the tag on" even though he said he's hunted for years... I told him he needed to tag but I couldn't do much more than that... I should have called right away.. Said he'd be hunting again b/c his buddy has a tag so "if you see me again, my buddy has a tag... cause ya know.. yo can party hunt..." BS - was overcompensating because he knew I was on to him.. What should I do? Too late? I know his truck but didn't get the plate

Its never too late. If you know his truck and where hes hunting the COs may pick him later.

Flame his a**! If you know the truck, get the plate later, but, make a call and give a CO a "heads up" with as much info you can give at the time. There's a clown I know of that will not tag a Deer unless he knows OPP or OMNRF are around. H'e as crooked as a dog's hind leg. He's the idiot that was brought up on poaching fish charges. The judge asked him if he needed time to pay his $150 fine. He replied "Not if the fish are bitin',your honor". He got 30 days, but,it didn't slow him down one bit. He wasn't out a day before he was at it again. Some people are dumb as stumps and you just can't fix stupid.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

Hopefully you memorized what he looked like. You may very well be an important witness to the CO's case. Your experience makes it seem like something fishy is going on. Especially the party hunting comment. I suspect someone is doubling down on their seal.

Never hesitate to call in anything suspicious. It’s a big deal. We are the eyes and ears for the system. The co’s cannot be everywhere. Every little bit helps.

The MNR tip line goes to Sault Saint Marie. They will take the info and your phone number or give you the phone number of the local CO. You can then explain the situation to them. I've had to call a few times regarding vandalism and poaching activity on my property. You can also call the local OPP barracks or regional police force and see if they want to come out. Sometimes they will, sometimes they will tell you to call the MNR.

    YES YES YES report.
I have reported a few as we have to police ourselfs from time to time, that is why HUNTERS are a special breed, we follow the rules with respect and honor!

few years back, I was 2 days late reporting a guy, no they were not able to do anything, BUT, now he was on MNR's watch list, 2 years later he was nailed, had 3 deer in his freezer and 4 turkeys.

Last year I had a problem with my hunting buddy, he decided that the deer were not moving or others where baiting and drawing the deer to surrounding property. He was able to get a very big 10 pt while trespassing, when it came to retrieve the deer I refused to help as I was not going to partake in breaking the law, when he asked to use my atv I said no it doesn't trespass either, I ended up reporting him and he was charged with trespassing. Of course I was the ahole, but when my head hits the pillow I have no problem.

call report these individuals that call them selves hunters are just ruining it for the ethical individuals.
