Under the fish and game act, No one can interfear with a lawful hunt. But of course you have to prove it. I had a C.O tell me that in person when I was having the same problem as you with this neighbour that didn't want hunting going on in his area. He called the OPP 3 times on me, plus let his dog run where I was hunting on purpose and so on and so on. He also called the C.O to investigate me. After the C.O saw that everything was in order he told me everything and ask me if I wanted to press charges under the fish and game act, but I would have to have some sort of video evidence todo so. I Dint want to cause problems between the neighbour and the landowner so I said no. The C.O told me he was going to give the neighbour a stern talking too for harassing me and he assured me it won't happen again. He was right it didn't happen again. Have some patience and record what this neighbour is doing to you.

Can any one tell me if that falls under any laws or is he aloud because he's on his property. Tnx

Wow what a bunch of bull...I would be fuming...definitely call a CO to come check it out..."interfering with a lawful hunt"...even to have them come speak with the yahoo and straighten them out would help...could try being the bigger man and talking to the guy yourself but likely wont yeild results that a CO could get on a good day...Sorry you have to put up with this crap its like modern day people forget where food comes from and there is no respect for those going out to to harvest game in a LEGAL and ethical manner...just shows their downright ignorance. I would have a hard time not confronting this guy and giving him the gears...best left to a CO I guess...best of luck to you, your in a rough spot just try to hunt mornings hopefully that "donkey" wont be up early and the deer will regroup after his shenanigans....

i'm pretty sure if he is on his own land, he can do whatever he wants to do, unless he is shooting at you or coming at you with his truck. if you can prove careless discharge of firearm that's one thing.... really sucks for you but that's sounds like his own hayday out in his own field. chances are deer will run to you to get away though.

Maybe you should ask your buddy if you can cut some firewood in the first week of December, or maybe repair some of your blinds. You can also try doing a goose hunt in your field on the December opener. Just sayin
