Question to all...
Since unwanted and uninvited touching is bad, where do I report the women that touch me. Hugs, hand grabbing, arm/shoulder rubbing, chest/back/thigh touching/rubbing. I would get charged or in trouble at the very least for those things, but women do them all the time.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

Could be seen as being hypocritical by some people.
I have identified as much in another thread. I am having issues turning off my signature.

Get this through your brain: how a woman acts, dresses or goes does not invalidate her basic safety or her expectation of safety.

Mercy Joe. I could wear my bikini to a hunting banquet and that wouldn't give you permission/ nor an excuse to touch me .
I kind of feel sorry for some of these accused old guys. Back in that day , touching women uninvited was pretty acceptable behaviour. I remember a dog judge speaking to me very inappropriately, and chasing my friend around his trailer. Why didn't we say anything ? Because we didn't think anyone would care, or do anything about it.
For me , what all this recent legal action has shown is that women have finally come a long way in feeling free to speak up, and demand respect if necessary .

You then understand some may also have a health suspicion about the timing of events.
You can have both a strong dislike for abusers, and suspicion when people are accused at the exact moment it would do the most damage.

I Agree with you on that. But I hope you can look at it from this point of view. I having known you from the board and having met and chatted with you once would not mind if you hugged me at the banquet. With that in mind my comfort level would be much higher if you are wearing a blouse and pants/skirt, then if you are in a bikini.

Sharon - why would you want to wear a bikini to a hunters' party - some guys might have a few beers too many and take that as a hint - you wouldn't do that would you - tell me you wouldn't

Times have changed. I read somewhere the other day that years ago if I offered up my seat on a bus or opened a door for a lady I was being polite. Today, those same actions would make me a sexist.
