Buying a Hunting Camp?

Most of the property in that area has been bought by a group from the Haliburton Forest . Our camp was on the north side of Fishtail. Been there since the fifties but things are changing. Farquar has pretty good fishing but there have been troubles getting moose tags over the years.

The proximity is nice, but i think i would rather be in an area where i'm surrounded by crown land vs other private land. Someone let me know if my opinion is wrong.

It all depends on what you are doing with it, are you hunting 10-15 guys with dogs or sitting a few guys. 100 acres can be way more than you will ever look at or not enough for more than a morning hunt, lots of variables there.
