Went out small game hunting Wednesday morning south of the 401 and got one straggler woodcock. So there might still be a few around the deep south of Ontario.IMG_1182.jpg

I find I usually see stragglers right through to early December.

Took a stab at one last hunt. Stella found one, I left it untouched. Hope too see it back next year.
May have to team up with them bow hunters to move the control hunt 1 week later.
Time in the outdoors is never wasted
