Moose Sausage Recipe

A friend and myself are looking for a sausage recipe for moose. We have a little experience making plain old pork sausage but never moose. I've check the internet and found a few, but I would like to use a recipe a member has proven and turns out good. Also if you have made it did you have to add fat?

I would start by making a link or 2. Start with your basic pork recipe and sub in the moose. For me I would start with a bit of pork fat especially if the meat is lean. Once you find something you like than big batch it. Assuming you are making a cooked product.
