    Default Cannabis vs. alcohol equivalent?

Ok, I know I'm trying to compare apples to oranges, but help me understand how much a "serving" of marijuana might be.

At our hunt camp we allow 1 beer at lunch (Lunch is always a full hot meal served in camp. Drinking while hunting is strictly forbidden.).

Now that recreational marijuana is going to be legalized, we need to be prepared that someday someone may want to smoke at the camp. Help me understand how much, if any, marijuana (e.g. how many joints) is OK to consume without being impaired?

I don't think you can set the bar for everybody. It affects different people differently.
I wouldn't want to hunt with someone who smokes during the day. Couldn't care less after the hunt is done.
The bigger question is, if this is something that is unhealthy and possibly causes cancer why is the government promoting it? Would there not be an enormous class action suit waiting in the bushes?
I’m suspicious of people who don't like dogs, but I trust a dog who doesn't like a person.

I agree that I would not let anyone smoke during the day, period.

The bigger question is why do we pick and choose what we want the government to control? All the complaining about gun laws, hunting laws, etc, why do you care if someone wants to toke once in a while. Alcohol is legal and has the potential for massive health problems but yet nobody is coming out wanting to ban that.

The government is legalizing marijuana so they can spend $ 35 million of our money to tell us the harm it can cause.

You do realize that you do have to smoke it to get high right, your neighbour smoking it will have no impact on your mind.
