If you've ever had business dealing with arab countries, you'll be pretty quick to realise that there will *never* be peace in the mid-east.
Even if Israel was wiped off the face of the earth, they'd be back to fighting with each other.

The basic premise is that yesterday's compromise is the starting point for today's conflict, and any agreement only lasts for the day it was reached on.

Don't forget though, the greatest number of people killed in the name of God were killed in the name of the Christian interpretation, once the Roman Emperor converted they worked to take over the world and convert everyone and kill anyone who would not, this is exactly why NA was originally Christian based.

Is Islam Jesus was a prophet very similar to Muhammad, the Jews believe both Jesus and Muhammad existed but that Jesus was not the second coming, they are still waiting.

This is all a bunch of people using religion as a way to become rich, not an unfamiliar issue in history.

We don't know that it a deal for nothing......yet. That concept is counter-intuitive to Trump's past practice. Look at it this way. The "status quo" of the past administrations and the UN of leaving the Israeli capitol as a "let's not rock the boat" approach has been a dismal failure. This removes the "safety net",if you will,and will force an agreement. It may not be a bad idea. People get stuck in a rut and sometimes need a swift kick.

Second dumbest statement .... Islam and atheism are the only ones in that race for the most killed, Islam is often considered to have killed 200,000,000+ (many say more) with the invasions of Europe, and especially Africa & India and atheism based governments are about 100,000,000 in the 20th century alone. The Armenian genocide was 1,500,000 alone and if you were to include the tens of millions taken by Islam as slaves in Africa alone you can justify a much higher number. Many like to scream the Crusades out of ignorance but the first Crusade was a response to almost 3 centuries of invasions and the fall of Constantinople. Christianity still has an abismal record but the highest I have seen probably includes all the Crusades and the fighting back against the Islamic invasions into Europe (Spain etc.) in 2,000 years of history is 50,000,000, no justification of even half that number that I can see but I can also claim millions saved in orphanages, hospitals etc. as well as education, items the others have little claim to.

Correct! Just look at the Palestinian people, Arafat was poor when born but worth billions by the time he died and we see the same in Hamas etc. They send people out to die for them so they can raise money and give a bit of it to the family of the killer.






As for Trump, for years they got nothing for the status quo .... this should reveal who are open for peace and send those dedicated to war into a fit so we will see.

I wonder if the Islamic number includes the Shia/Sunni numbers.... the Iran/Iraq war was 1 to 2 million with chemical weapons thrown in for measure and even today Yemen and Saudi Arabia and Iran are at it.

AD 312 was the conversion of the Roman Emperor to Christianity, from that point forward you have the expansion into Europe, the conversion or death of the Europeans. Those Europeans then expanded east and west, the slaughter of the people of south and central America as with the expansion and slaughter of people in north America. The overtaking of Africa, as well as the slaughter of those in Africa. All of the European wars after the conversion to Christianity, the holy wars, etc.

Look at the expansion of Christianity throughout the world, this was not done by simply saying "Hey, this one is better"

It is stupid that they fight over the same God but it is just exactly that, the same God. It is the identical lineage, it is not like saying a Chevette vs a Camero, it is like saying a Blue Camero vs a Green Camero, it is the same freaking car, just like it is the same God, they are fighting because one says green is a better colour than blue. This is why organized religion is evil. Believe what you want but using religion as a way to justify the destruction of people that do not believe that religion is asinine. What the Israelis are doing is wrong, what the Palestinians are doing is wrong, what the American south is doing is wrong, it is all wrong. Believe in a magical fairy in the sky, I could care less, bomb your neighbour or drive them out of their homes because they think that fairy has a crown and you do not.
