Now here is a 'true' antiaircraft round... it's a dummy 25mm round from Oerlikon Contraves Anti-Aircraft artillery round compared to a .303 round...I think it would be getting into the realm 'impractical' for hunting ..LOL...

No that would be perfectly fine if the game was large enough.
By the way on a side note..I find some of the ways "guns" are depicted in movies makes me almost pull my hair out. Dinosaurs are not bullet proof. Some one gets shot with a 32 and they are spread around like a bag of fertilizer, but pour a few hundred rounds and minute of 20 or 30mm into a T-rex and it bounces off like spitballs, then "Same" T-rex gets kill by hero at the end of movie with 1911 in 45 auto.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

This is very disturbing for me.
No respect for the animals.
Ethical hunters have respect for wildlife.
That’s called life target practice.
Very very disgusting

You must also be disgusted about shooting crows, Groundhogs, Gophers, Ground squirrels( they carry Plague by the way), Feral Cats, and a whole long list of things like bow fishing for carp, Gar, and suckers?

One shot and one kill, instant and no pain to the animal, how is this disgusting?
Is hunting not life target practice?
Would you be disturbed by someone shooting a deer with a 30-06?

Show me where the deer "blowup in pieces". The 50 Cal round went straight thru the skull and killed it instantly. What more humane way could you have killed it.

Exactly, I have seen a lot worse damage with a 270 or a 30-06, I think that shot was one of the least messy kills out there.
