Default Overview Of New Hunting Licensing System

Explanation of the forthcoming changes to the hunting and fishing licensing system. The most info I have seen regarding the new system. This package is courtesy of the government.

I miss the old stickers you used to get in the mail and affix to the back of the outdoors card for you licenses and then a separate seal for the animal.

We will still have to buy an outdoors card, even though it does not actually hold any licenses, keeping the tax I guess.

Remember when all your licenses were on one card? Oh the good old days, ha ha.

This should be interesting. A learning curve no doubt. Printing off your seals sounds like a win.

I'm not entirely sold on not having to attach a seal on an animal. Legalities asside, sealing an animal was like putting the cherry on top of the ice cream and was the final sign of accomplishment -especially for new hunters. Weird, I know, maybe I'm the only guy who feels this way.

I agree except for Bear. I thought placing a tag in the nose of the bear was a disgrace to the animal. I'm happy that will no longer be the case.
