    I really appreciate all the responses, thanks guys!! I went the JB Weld route this time around and I'll see how it holds up. I'm hoping to get out on the water today or sometime through the week, fingers crossed!!!

    I used a product callet G/flex epoxy. It's 2 part and stays flexible whichh is what you want on a constantly moving aluminum floor. Just clean and dry the area, mix a dab of the epoxy and spread it on the hole. It will ooze through making a good seal. Absolutely perfect product to repair leaking rivets if you end up with that problen
    Google that product as well as others like JB Weld and then check out repairs on you tube. Lots of very good info available on the net.

    Jb marine weld is the better option. Canadian tire has it.
