I have for years hunted grouse and rabbits with a Baikal 22-410 awesome little gun
during deer season while dogging I carry a 12ga 308 Baikal and it works awesome as well
I practice with factory ammo on open sights
cant go wrong if you ask me

What do you load it with? Scoped? Range?
My fav in a drilling is still there.... it's been months, maybe I will buy a lotto this week.

Thanks, I was wondering, I thought you might use the 30-30 for the 100+ yd shots. With a scope it would take a few practice shots to figure out the different hit points now that I think about it.

That is a nice gun and I am surprised it is still there. Probably needs a good clean-up and "going over", but it looks pretty solid and would be worth more once its restored a bit.
On another note, my Dad bought a Zoli combo from them in 20ga over 6.5x55 and it is a sweet gun. Very similar to a Blaser ES67 I have. Might be worth considering a Zoli if you really have the combo bug.
