I have voted for 4 out of the last 5 winning premiers, the only one I did not vote for was Eves. Yes I voted for both Harris and Rae. And Bill Davis . I would have voted for Vic Fedeli or Elliott as well.
Ok. So let's vet Andrea Howrath's entire personal life and see if there is anything there which conflicts with her public policies. Is that is fair? How about we dissect Wynne's divorce to determine what effect on her children was when she broke her marriage vows to begin an affair with a woman when she has repeatedly promoted her role as a mother in her public image. Is that fair too?
The problem with bringing in a politician's personal problems is that you have to do it for everyone or you come across as hypocritical. So I ask you, do you have the moral courage to apply the same set of morals on a leader which you support and all politicians as you seem to have for Doug Ford.
When this all came out, Howrath and Wynne could have taken the high road and commented about it is a private matter and they are saddened by this news as it is a situation that many Ontarians have to deal with. What did they do? Wynne commented that she is worried about Rob Ford's kids (ironic because when the man was alive dealing with his demons, she publicly treated him like a leper and didn't care about his kids one way or the other). However, the NDP was worse. They jumped on Ford's misery like a female dog in heat stating "If he can't run his own business properly, how can he be trusted to run the province? And if this is how Doug Ford treats his own brother's family, how will he treat everyone else's families?" in a media release on Tuesday. You don't try to make political hay from a person's private life, it is classless and crass.
I am unsure where your comment about where I said you had a leader ("As for 'my' leader how so?) is coming from. Please clear that up as I never said you had a leader.

“The auditor said the government has failed to reflect the true financial impact of borrowing to pay for its Fair Hydro Plan, which shaves an average of 25% off electricity customer bills.“
So they take my taxes then give me money to lower my bill.

Yes. And it amounts to a hill of beans.
She had 24 months to file claim. Her husband Rob died on Mar 22 2016. Her and her lawyers used the campaign as a form of extortion. ( Nice tactics BTW). They indicated to DF that he settle or else.....
Says a lot that R. Ford didn't want his own wife to be executor now doesn't it?

Looks like Rob knew his wife would go through all his money and his kids would be left with nothing. Likely why he left Doug as trustee to protect them.

1. Has anything been proven in court? We could say the same of Wynne/McGuinty. Biggest difference is many on the left, be they voters, be they unions and public servants. Fast to hang ford, but took 14 years before they would admit something stank.
2. “Misappropriation of funds and not being qualified to lead a province?
Scuze me, isn’t that exactly what Wynne and her supporters (which includes the NDP) have been doing for years?
As I said earlier. Well documented fact, that when money is involved people do the darndest things. Isn’t Ontario in many ways a “family”....so Doug misarotating $ from the children. He’s scum
Wynne, the Unions, AH doing no less? How is spending money, big money on unions and PS and asking our children to pay for it, really any different?
Especially at a time when the working class and children are facing storm clouds.
3) is there meritvto the claims? Possibly, but one has to live in la la land not to question, the um timing. As stated one has to live in lala land not to know this happens ALL the Time.
Isn’t there a hunting family torn apart and fighting over antlers from a record buck??????
Jesus I swear the masses, maybe because the world is so full of shyte, me to and me only, prefer la la land, vs reality.
As for civil court.
Have we all not clued into the real world and why car insurance is so high?
Scum sucking ambulance chasing lawyers who will “try” anything???.
Of coarse it’s entirely possible he did what he is accused of.
And that shouldn’t be discounted out of hand.
However the body of “real” world reality suggest......
And well, have you greased the hand of ANY politician. They all steal, all rob peter to Paul (the supporters)
It’s why we are in the mess to begin with
Yeah I know, the reality and rea world bites.
Accept it
