I have the NOCO 3 bank on my boat now for 4 years and no problems. 1 bank for starting motor and the other 2 for my 2 12volts for my 24 volt minn koto. I don't think you will go wrong with the NOCO.

Do you think the 2 bank 4amp per bank is good enough or go bigger 2 bank 10amp per ?

I will check mine to see if it is a 4 or 10 amp. I think it is a 10 but will check for sure. If left overnight I think the 4 amp would work just fine. But if you need a faster charge say 2/3 hrs or so then the 10 amp would be better. The NOCO chargers are a smart type charger and will shut down and not overcharge your batteries.

I just checked mine and it is the Gen 3 30 amp. 10 amp per bank. They are on sale at Canada tin for 279.00. I don't know if they have the 2 bank in 10 amp or not but if they are not much more money that is how I would go. It would charge quicker. But I think the 4 amp would probably charge your battery overnight anyway. It is worth noting that NOCO gives a one year warranty but CTC gives a 5 year warranty so it is worth buying at CTC.
Hope this helps.
