Moose roast marinade

Does anyone know a good moose roast marinade? I'd like to make a roast from last years moose for moose camp come October. Happy hunting.

Don't treat it any differently than a good roast of beef!

Pat dry the outside. Sprinkle liberally with coarse salt and cracked black pepper and fresh rosemary. Cook it on top of celery, carrots and onions.
