100 acre hard woods

I just signed the papers today and paid for the property. I don’t get our enough,but it seems like most of the locals seem to like to hunt my property. I plan on developing, so their’s going to be some disappointed hunters. Next cutting in 12 years or so.
I’m going to clean out all the skitter trails and plant white clover on the trails. Double red clover in some areas and the ultimate 2.5 acre soya bean field. I’m big on ponds too ( 2.5 acres
