I don't believe there are any 'bow' regulations for the hunting of wolves other than the minimum requirements for the bow used in the general regs for hunting.

If I have a wolf seal and arrow a wolf will the regulation book stand behind me? Or is this best answered by an MNR Officer?

The only minimum regulations for bows pertains to moose, deer, and bear. There are minimums for bows and crossbows - poundage wise - and of course broad heads. All other species of huntable game from squirrels, groundhogs, skunks, coyotes, crows, etc can be hunted with whatever bow set-up and tip you have.
BUT common sense would dictate that any bow suitable for deer would be sufficient for wolves.

and of course now that you brought it up don't be surprised if there isn't new regs coming for bowhunting coyotes/wolves.
The MNR loves to micromanage - justification of their jobs!
