Perhaps you think some of your comments are funny, but they are the exact opposite.
It is best to keep ones comments to ones self in many cases.
You seem to have a very serious and large chip on your shoulder.
Seems more like your hiding behind this un-named friend that may or may not exist.
Ask you friend if he can repeat the test, but with three candles, each powered by a cheap battery, an expensive battery, and a home made battery made from a hand full of pennies.
I am sure your friend will more trouble finding the pennies, then building the battery with them.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

Buddy, what is your problem? Winter weather getting you down? In a time when we as consumers wonder what is out there, I thought this battery trial was interesting. Your initial response was nothing but snide, and your further remarks have just gone downhill from there. 125 people have read this thread. If you don't like the thread, don't read it.

But I like bugging Jaycee. Not dumping on the test, not dumping on his friend.
You know currently there is a test being run by University in the states to prove the theroy that pitch( the black sticky stuff) is a Liquid and not a solid. It has been running for over a century now, so I understand experiments for the purpose of experimenting. By the way the pitch has so far produces three drops.

You could not be more wrong! Ha, Ha, Ha.
Why would I just give out names randomly over an open forum , especially to you!
Take another big bite out of your foot, you must like the taste!

Well burlygirl seems to not like me too.
I suggest the next test should be with something that draws more Milliamps, and you act like someone kicked your puppy. A suggestion that was made at the start of your original battery test thread, which you did not freak over. So why the call to arms now?
And just in case you did not understand the penny comment. I figure your "Friend" would be able to make the battery(Zinc/copper) in his sleep, but since pennies are not used in Canada they will be hard to find.

I also found the topic interesting, but I would agree with the suggestion that it could be repeated with a higher-draw device, and perhaps with different temperatures.
