Gilroy might be planning the cross bow ban next Haha lol. The news just showed a crossbow hidden in a box with someone dressed as a delivery guy. Happend last November shows them answer the door as he shot them, maybe we need to ban the cardboard box for counseling a weapon [emoji4].
Like mentioned before its the people behind the weapon, does not matter what it is. Your hands a knife a hand gun or assault rifle a car or a van . Maybe a bomb or a stick or a rock that they pricked up a hammer maybe a rusty screwdriver or a boot stomp on the curb . It's the person that is going to do the damage not the weapons they only help . When a man wants someone dead they will do or use what ever it takes. Everyone of my reference has killed a man.

If we ban everything that has ever killed a man..there goes bacon, steak, beer, Whiskeys, wine, Rye, Port, Sherry, bikes, boats, surfboards, skateboards, the list is endless.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

AND Can we also ban reproduction of NDP??
OK question, my best friend who is extreme Libertarian as well as being around me just a Conservative, and raised twin girls they for some reason after moving to Toronto became Liberals, what do we do in those cases. Luckily my daughter as well as I my sons have the same views as mine. Although my eldest son (who also moved to Toronto) has wavered at times and I have to correct him.

No. In fact, the per capita rate of violence and of firearms violence is higher outside our largest cities.

By the time youths become involved in gangs, it is far too late to instill in their mind any measure of social responsibility. They have to be gotten to much earlier, with age appropriate material. As I remember, my fascination with firearms started when I was four or five. I was a big fan of radio and movie cowboy heroes, with their fire-irons that never seemed to empty of bullets. Shooting with my older brother at targets down in our cellar, with a BB-gun was quite a bit of fun. We, eventually move to the country when I was around seven. At that age I lost a school-mate to a firearm accident, which I think brought home to me, that firearms apart from providing fun and recreation could if not handled with some care and responsibility, could equally bestow grieve. No you can’t fix the problem by preaching to older youth the idea of being socially responsible, by then they are too busy out attempting to exert their independence. You have to begin before their hormones take over, as with sex - so with firearms.
You don’t stop hunting because you grow old. You grow old because you stop hunting.

Last time I checked no one used any of the above to slaughter people in a house of worship, gun down diners or kill police officers.

And you can't say it was all assault rifle type weapons either.
The last big one was just a hand gun and they are very easy to come by with the right connections. So if you ban that only the corrupt people will have them. Makes alot of sense eh ,ban them from people who enjoy them and use as a hobby or sport shoot and respect them and let the corrupt have them. Ok sorry we wont let the corrupt have them the just will.
They banned cocaine too and heroin but its everywhere .
Doctors are prescribing adderall like it's going out of style. What a way to hook the young on legal meth yet so many are afraid of a little gun. . Think it's no big deal its ranks just below the opioid crisis.
Yet get rid of the gun bring all the guns couple aks would be nice.
