    Unless I missed something, in Ontario bear doesn't open until May 1. May still be too early in some areas.

    Chipman NB is about the same as Deep River area winter wise.

    How the chill up there Greenhorn? Looks to be only about 1.5 ft of snow should be long gone by May long weekend.

    I'm thinking of going down in 2020 to run the Bartholomew river one last time.

    Some areas more and other areas less.Finally warming up a bit. About two weeks to baiting, unless we get flooded out. I’ll start with corn, oats, dog food, and Chinese oil, but all the freezers are full of beavers and moose scraps. Sterling will start catching beavers soon, so we can recycle them.

    The minister of natural resources is a hunter. Turkey season opening 2020. He’s willing to listen to all hunting concerns.I’m going to air mine,lol
