Good Survival Rate..lots of deer

I threw out some bait a few weeks back to see what Deer survived back in the bush and so far the results are good.

To grab a pic with 4 deer in it once tells a lot about what is back there. Also a couple larger Does showing up. .

Always nice to see Mike, but the question is was the winter and snow cover there long enough for them to abort in order to survive...

I am hopeful but not expecting it to be as well here. Hard winter by my estimation.

I was out at deer camp last week to put out some grub and cameras. I saw quite a few deer and they looked to be in good shape. I was hoping to see more but it may have been to early yet to see them in their normal spring ranges. I’ll know more when I check the cameras again in October.
