Best way is to have one person start the group and give the Group number to everybody before they buy their licence. I liked the old system as I could do it all for our group of 14 guys.

Really? Hoping that some one doesn't screw up. When we did that it was always a surprise when the tags came out and we didn't get one. Too many chefs in the kitchen. Too many chiefs in the tribe.

It only takes one oops and there's no tag for that year. Just $60 less for every member of the group.

Mark and I do it every year - together - we double check each other - and we're just anal enough to triple check! ... we have up-to-date spreadsheets with all the info. especially when individuals had their last tag. We print out the spread sheet then, with scissors, move all the names around to get the required results.

We don't make the rules! Like a good team coach we do whatever is necessary to get tags.
