    Ice fishing in January and was paid a visit from a fellow fish enthusiast. I think he knows ice hunts likely mean there is likely a fish or two on the ice.....

    That was my buddy, Aaron Johnston in the pic, and it was taken in an area near Dorset. We were able to get within 10 feet and offered a couple of minnows from our bait bucket.

    They are becoming fairly common in central ON now. Its neat to see. I know of several breeding pairs within 20 minutes of huntsville.
